The Green Gather is for adults. The current product rule requires a birth date at least 21 years ago and an affirmative 21+ attestation during profile setup. The Green Gather is not for minors. Use a real presentation of yourself. Do not impersonate another person, business, or The Green Gather staff.
Do not harass, bully, threaten, stalk, or pile on. Do not send unwanted sexual messages after someone asks you to stop. Do not publish someone’s private address, phone number, workplace, or other private data. Do not use slurs or targeted abuse to attack someone because of who they are.
You are responsible for what you post in profiles, Lounge posts, comments, chats, Circles, Sessions, photos, videos, and listing pages. Post only content you have the right to share. Nudity and sexually explicit media are not allowed. Do not post non-consensual intimate imagery.
Sexual content involving anyone 17 or under is strictly prohibited, including fictional or illustrated material. The Green Gather is not for minors. If you see a possible underage account or underage sexual content, report it immediately using Underage / minor safety or Sexual exploitation. We may remove it. Whether a report is sent to authorities is a legal decision and is not promised here.
The Green Gather is not a storefront. Do not use posts, messages, profiles, or Sessions to sell cannabis, arrange unlicensed delivery, or complete illegal transactions. Report suspected illegal sales. Approved business listings are community presence, not a checkout.
Do not run giveaway scams, fake dispensary deals, phishing, investment schemes, or impersonation. Do not flood rooms with ads. Do not create new accounts to dodge a block or ban.
If you host a Session, be honest about the city, time, and rules. Do not pressure anyone to consume cannabis. Respect local laws and venue rules. Keep exact location private until it is appropriate to share with people who are going.
If something is wrong, use Report in the app and choose the closest reason. You can also Block a member so you stop seeing each other and cannot message each other. The other person is not told that you reported them. Abusing reports can lead to action against your account.
Reports are stored for moderators. A moderator may mark a report reviewing, resolved, or dismissed. We may remove content, limit an account, or take no action if the report is incomplete. You may not get an individual update.
