Christopher J. Sneed operates this service as an individual, under the public name The Green Gather. It is not operated by an LLC or a separate company. The Green Gather is a 21+ social and community app. It can include member profiles, posts, photos, videos, chats, Circles, Gather Sessions, educational rooms, and approved business listings. The Green Gather is a platform. It does not sell cannabis, process cannabis payments, complete dispensary transactions, or arrange delivery.
You may use The Green Gather only if you can form a binding contract and you meet the product age requirement. The app currently requires a birth date that is at least 21 years ago and an affirmative 21+ attestation before member features that create content. The Green Gather is not for minors. If we learn that an account belongs to a minor, we may remove it.
Needs attorney review: whether 21+ is legally required in every place the app will be offered, and whether additional geofencing is required.
You are responsible for your account, password, and activity under your login. Do not share your password. Provide reasonably accurate profile information. Do not create an account for someone else or operate multiple accounts to evade enforcement.
Use The Green Gather in a lawful, respectful way. Do not interfere with the service, probe or attack our systems, scrape member data, or bypass blocks, bans, age checks, or reporting tools. Do not run undeclared commercial schemes, malware, or automated spam.
Profiles, posts, photos, videos, captions, messages, Circles, Sessions, comments, and similar material are user-generated content. You keep rights you already have. You grant The Green Gather a non-exclusive license to host, store, display, and transmit that content as needed to operate the service. You represent that you have the rights needed to post it.
Needs attorney review: UGC license scope, moral rights, and takedown procedure.
You may not harass, threaten, stalk, bully, dox, or impersonate anyone. You may not run scams, fraud, or spam. You may not exploit anyone, including sexually. You may not post sexual content involving anyone 17 or under. You may not use The Green Gather to organize illegal activity, illegal cannabis sales, or illegal transactions between members.
Do not use posts, chats, profiles, or Sessions as a checkout cart for cannabis. The Green Gather does not process those transactions. Report suspected illegal sales.
Business and professional listings require application and approval. Approval means the listing may appear in the app. It is not a license, endorsement, partnership, or certification that the business is compliant with cannabis, tax, advertising, or local laws. Businesses are responsible for the accuracy and legality of their profiles.
Editorial rooms such as Wellness & Support, news summaries, and creator education are general information. They are not medical, legal, or cannabis-compliance advice. An approved creator or listing badge is not a professional license.
Members can report profiles, posts, media, messages, Sessions, businesses, and related content. The Green Gather may review, remove, limit, suspend, or terminate content or accounts. We do not promise that every report will be reviewed immediately or that every violation will be caught.
You may delete your account from the in-app Safety Center. Deletion removes listed account data and the login as described in the Privacy Policy and Account Deletion page. Some records, such as reports without your name, message copies other members still have, backups, logs, support emails, or waitlist rows, may remain.
THE GREEN GATHER IS PROVIDED “AS IS.” We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that member or business content is accurate, lawful, or safe. You use Sessions, meetups, and member interactions at your own risk.
Needs attorney review: warranty disclaimer language, liability limits, governing law, venue, and consumer-protection rules. Those terms are not finalized here and should not be treated as binding.

We may update these Terms. In the app, when a required policy version changes, members can be asked to accept the new version before returning to member areas.
