The Green Gather Support

Use this page to understand how to ask for help. In-app reporting and blocking are the safety tools that exist in the product today.

• Account and login

Write if you cannot create an account, confirm email, sign in, reset a password, or unlock the app. Include the email on the account and what you see on screen. Never include your password.

• Privacy and deletion requests

App members can start account deletion from the in-app Safety Center. Read Account Deletion first. If you cannot open the app, email support@thegreengather.com and say what you want removed.

• Reports and safety

If you can, use in-app Report and Block. You can also email support@thegreengather.com about harassment, impersonation, underage concerns, illegal sales, or other safety issues. If someone is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services.

• Business listing corrections

If a public shop or cultivation listing is wrong, tell us the business name, city, and what should change. Listing approval is not a license. The Green Gather does not sell cannabis or correct government license records.

• Technical problems

Tell us what you were trying to do, what you expected, and what happened instead. Device type and app version help when you have them.

• Website waitlist

This website is not currently collecting waitlist emails. If you previously submitted an email on this website and want it removed, email support@thegreengather.com and ask to unsubscribe. There is not an automated unsubscribe link. A live waitlist service has not been verified. Any earlier website form is separate from an app account.

What we will not do

The Green Gather does not sell cannabis, process cannabis transactions, or facilitate peer-to-peer cannabis sales. Support cannot complete a purchase, arrange delivery, or give medical or legal advice.
